A Formal Introduction to Mead and Honey with Magnus Aether and The Queen Bee

The Queen Bee herself, along with Magnus Aether will take you on a historical journey of honey how bees make it, and its properties and uses, and samples of different types of honey, followed by an introduction to Mead. We will discuss mead throughout history, how to make mead, and sample several different types of mead. (21 and up)
