All participants must have valid memberships to the Bourbon City Steam convention. The first ten entrants will be selected in order of submission, with any others on a waiting list, also in order of submission. Goal is to produce a mask, helmet or other headwear suitable for a Victorian Villain, or Monster, or if necessary, Hero. A box of preselected materials will be available at registration starting at 2:00pm Friday, March 14, 2025. Judging will be at 5:00pm Saturday where they will be evaluated by our maker guests, and voted on by the attendees. Makers are not required to use all of the materials, but cannot add anything. Judge's decisions are final. Prizes will be awarded for Most Villainous, Most Monstrous, of, if need be, Heroic. As well as a grand prize of best in show.
