The International Steampunk Symposium has been hosted annually in Cincinnati, Ohio at the Holiday Inn Eastgate for the last ten years with our location being a perfect meeting space for guests all over the Midwest and east coast.

This year, the event is under the new ownership of Captain Medea Asherah (Jennifer Noran).

The Symposium sees attendees in the amount of 300 to 400 and we foresee a future filled with growth and expansion as we work with our seasoned staff and crew who have stayed on board to help us with our vision! Our convention has guests of all ages, creeds and genders which is important to us as we want to create a space where individuals from all backgrounds, race, religion/creed, and enthusiasts of similar genres feel included.

Our creative community shows through at our Symposium with a wide array of events involving celebrities, Steampunk experts teaching panels and classes as well as Makers events, eclectic vendors, mixology classes (alcoholic and non), tabletop gaming, authors and artists alley, dances and so much more.

Each year we have a new theme to integrate with our Steampunk flavor and from June 16th-18th of 2023 our theme will be “Steampunk Under The Big Top.” Since this is our first official year running the convention, we thought the theme with the tagline being, “This is your circus AND your monkeys!” was the perfect choice.

We would love to offer you a sponsorship opportunity with our event and feel that we have many ways to establish a collaborative relationship that would be mutually beneficial for all of us. There are many opportunities to reach more clients and customers at our Symposium and we would love to include you as a sponsor to continue to grow our event and have you show support of what we hold most dear: inclusion and celebration of creativity!
