Adopt a Horse and Hobby Horse Race with The Queen Bee!

Have you ever dreamed of being a jockey, but you’re nervous around horses? You’ve dreamed of soaring over tall jumps in equestrian games but your scared of heights? Now is your time to shine!

Bringing your own Hobby Horse to the races is encouraged, but not required. You have the option to borrow one of four steeds to run the races OR we will have an Adopt-A-Horse stable on site that will allow you to buy your own faithful one legged beast for $15. Created by Paul Koontz, these wooden beauties can be decorated with some supplies we’ll have on site, or you can take them home and decorate for future events.

Prizes will be awarded for best times (first, second and third place) as well as Best in Show!

A sign-up sheet for the race itself will be available at the event registration desk.
